By signing up for membership or utilizing our services, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein. Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member or their authorized representatives.
Membership fees are payable in advance on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, depending on the selected plan. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.
Members will be provided with access cards or codes for entry into the co-working space. Access cards/codes are strictly personal and should not be shared with unauthorized individuals. Members are responsible for the security of their belongings and should not leave valuables unattended.
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others will result in immediate termination of membership without refund. Use of foul language, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Members are granted access to shared workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas during operating hours. Equipment and amenities provided are to be used responsibly and in accordance with the provided instructions. Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the member to repair or replace.
Members may be privy to sensitive information shared by fellow members or VCollab itself. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times. VCollab will not be liable for any breach of confidentiality by members.
VCollab shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or property occurring within the premises. Members are responsible for obtaining their insurance coverage for their belongings and activities conducted within the co-working space.
VCollab reserves the right to terminate membership and access to its facilities/services at any time and for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of VCollab. Members will be notified of any amendments in advance.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
