Membership fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of VCollab management. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the VCollab management team for review.
In the event of early termination of a membership agreement by the member, refunds may be considered based on the remaining unused portion of the membership period. A cancellation fee may apply, and any refunds granted will be subject to deduction of this fee and any outstanding dues.
If VCollab is unable to provide agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, facility closures, or other reasons beyond our control, prorated refunds may be issued for the affected period.
Security deposits or any other refundable deposits paid by members will be refunded upon termination of membership, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding balances owed to VCollab.
Fees paid for event space rental, meeting room bookings, or other services are generally non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations may be considered if the cancellation request is made within a specified notice period and subject to any cancellation fees outlined in the booking agreement.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is not available, alternative arrangements may be made.
VCollab reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis, especially in situations involving extenuating circumstances or disputes.
It is the responsibility of the member to communicate any requests for refunds or cancellations in writing to the VCollab management team. VCollab will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge receipt of refund requests and provide updates on the status of the request.
This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [ State of Telangana ].
