Membership fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of VCollab management. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the VCollab management team for review.

In the event of early termination of a membership agreement by the member, refunds may be considered based on the remaining unused portion of the membership period. A cancellation fee may apply, and any refunds granted will be subject to deduction of this fee and any outstanding dues.

If VCollab is unable to provide agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, facility closures, or other reasons beyond our control, prorated refunds may be issued for the affected period.

Security deposits or any other refundable deposits paid by members will be refunded upon termination of membership, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding balances owed to VCollab.

Fees paid for event space rental, meeting room bookings, or other services are generally non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations may be considered if the cancellation request is made within a specified notice period and subject to any cancellation fees outlined in the booking agreement.
